How soon should I purchase my wedding outfit ?
There is no definitive answer to this question, everybody’s circumstances are different.
As a general guide, it is best to co-ordinate with the chosen colour scheme for the wedding.
Allow yourself plenty of time to find your perfect outfit and don’t forget to allow for possible alterations.
One thing to note if you are looking for the very latest outfits that new stock arrives twice every year. Spring/Summer arrives between January and March. Autumn/Winter arrives between June and August.

Do I need an appointment ?
Appointments are always recommended so our staff can give you the personal attention required. Please be advised that we recommend that you allow at least 2 hours to find the right outfit for you.

How many outfits do you have ?
We probably have around a thousand outfits, the largest stockists of wedding outfits in the Midlands.
We carry approximately 150 outfits in each size.

What size outfits do you stock ?
We stock from size 6 to 24 in most collections.

Do you offer an alteration service ?
We have a recommended seamstress Pam, of Stitch to Fit who has worked with us for over 10 years.
You can contact Pam direct on 07760 448055 to discuss your requirements.
Alternatively Pam is in our Sales Shop Wednesdays and Fridays between 11am – 2pm.

What type of accessories do you stock ?
We offer the complete package from head to toe for your special occasion.
We stock a large range of shoes with matching handbags, hats, fascinators, hatinators.

What kinds of payments to you accept ?
We are happy to accept cash along with all major credit and payment cards.
The minimum amount for a card payment is £50.
We do not make any additional charge for card payments.
We accept card payments over the phone.
Unfortunately we do not accept American Express cards or payments by cheque.

When do I pay for my outfit ?
Outfits can be paid for in full at the time of purchase, alternatively you may reserve an outfit with a 50% deposit (except on sale items), balance to be paid in full within 14 days.

Do you post out outfits ?
Yes we are happy to post out outfits provided that the outfit and the postage are paid for in full.
As we do not offer refunds it is always recommended that you have previously visited the store and tried on the actual outfit.

What is your return policy ?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
We may exchange at our discretion, providing that the outfit is unworn and still in the original condition with the labels attached.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
